One flower of a group. A hairy plant with several leafy stems in a clump and fringed, bright yellow, trumpet-shaped flowers crowded in uppermost axils. Also known as stoneseed. This particular one has the name of Fringed Puccoon for obvious reasons.
Such a lovely texture and delicate yellow.

@eddy: I cheated on this one, Eddy, and this was cropped from a larger photo... also in order to get the texture of the flower I probably sharpened this sot too much. It was one I did some time ago so I had to live with the processing... Lazy I guess.
I like the shape of these trumpeting flowers.

Beautiful, Earnest!! I like that dof you used... am guessing at what as the exif isn't posted.. but I'm guessing it's fairly shallow.
