A Sleepy Dainty Sulphur ButterflyPosted by Earnest (Oklahoma, United States) on 14 March 2008 in Animal & Insect and Portfolio. This photo was taken just at sunrise during the fall migration of butterflies. I caught this little guy before he warmed up and took off. Some years dainty sulphurs migrate en mass. My lawn and the weeds in it appeared to be covered with yellow flower petals that morning. They were all butterflies staying the night. I hope you enjoyed the viewing... Have a great day!
