Skeletons of Winter

After finally negotiating the tree falls on the old abandoned highway I came to the lake to find this scene. It was more than a little creepy, and could have come out of a Stephen King novel.

Very creepy, but a very cool shot, nonetheless. The gray sky really makes the reflections pop. A great evocative image, Earnest!

This is definitely my type of photo. While others would simply take a snapshot and hope for the best when confronted with this type of scenery, on this you actually took the time to compose the picture. This is a beautiful photograph. I'm going through your gallery of images, I must say yours is the best I've seen. Your macro images are stunning, the plants, flowers , insects and situations these critters get into, all hands down the best! The image quality is superior, very sharp. The colors are vivid and realistic, I like how you don't go overboard with the image processing, it's just perfect! Your work is SUPERIOR!!!
