A recent view of a blooming dewberry vine. This is an early form of blackberry.
I like the way they seem to be parading like models on a catwalk. With a darker background they would look like thye are flying. Nice

Nicely composed line of flowers, and very sharp. Perhaps just a touch of noise on this one Earnest, but still a lovely shot.

@Observing: Yes, you're correct and I had been "fiddling" with the settings on the camera, learning a newer version of my old one. The noise is distracting but I decided to post anyway. I think I'm getting to the root of the problem - pilot error..

Very nice! I like the line of flowers going back, the selective focus, the sharpeness of the second flower, the twigs cirss-crossing. Lovely.

That's an unusual perspective and approach and I rather like it because it offers the detail and the setting.

@Ronnie 2¢: Thanks very much... it was a don't miss opportunity and I was a little distressed by the noise in the photo... maybe next year.
