This ancient flywheel could have been used to store kinetic energy to power an old pumpjack... I am not sure of the purpose. It's on the grounds of the Drumright, Oklahome, Hometown Museum. When I was a boy it was not unusual to spot such old equipment sitting in an abandoned oil field.
