Things I'll Leave Behind - Neat Stuff

My wife tells me that all men are always boys and I can't disagree. I've been given a meager little office for my neat stuff where I can display a few of my collection of neat things and personal curios while she gets the rest of the house to "decorate" to her satisfaction. These are items I've dragged back from my recent walks and "displayed" on a shelf... A bird's nest that I painted gold, an ancient artifact of stone that is not found locally, a rusty horseshoe nail, a hematite globule, a conglomerate rock formed completely of fossils, and finally, a root that looked a lot like a little snake... :-) Hmmm now I see why I'm restricted to my little room.
