a truly wonderful picture, so vivid colours, great light/shades and the blossoms look like dancing fairies or butterflies. i love this photo:)

You have just the right angle. Blossoms against that blue sky. Photo is extremely sharp and lovely to watch.

Wow Earnest! Wonderful shot of Dogwoods. Color is wonderful. Hope you warm up soon. Take care. :) P. S. Which camera did you use for this shot?
I am shopping around for a new one. Thanks.

@Barry: Barry, I'm using a Nikon D60 and I'm very satisfied in most respects. The lens is an 18 - 55mm DX with autofocus and anti-vibration. It really does help to use those optional settings. The only thing I've not gotten used to is the slight vignetting effect on wide angle bright photos (after processing) and the tendency to brighten the sky quite a bit when it's actually very bright (maybe it's capturing a true photo) -- Quite possibly I'm the problem by forgetting that some of the best lighting is AWAY from the sun... :-) My wife bought the camera for me and I was seriously considering a Sony because I had some very good results with them. I have many fewer failures to capture some moving and hurried photos with this camera. I understand that the D70 and up have all the good aspects of the D60 and even more... Have fun shopping.

A great low angle Ernie, and a beautiful shot of these bright flowers, not to mention the brilliant Blue sky, it's a fine shot.
