Morning Frost

Posted by
Earnest (Oklahoma, United States) on 28 December 2010 in Landscape & Rural and Portfolio.

Not much moisture this winter. This was captured about two weeks ago. The grass could be pretty much any grass but is called purple top because of the purple seed heads. It has an odd fragrance too before turning brown. It reminds me of a first date at the movies, a mixture of popcorn and light perfume.

I appreciate comments and visits but have discovered that replying sometimes takes great amounts of time so please forgive me if I don't answer your comments. I will very likely visit your page though....

Beautiful and delicate. A nice description too. Did the frost factor into the first date as well?
